5th Annual Pasta + Music Fundraiser


Our 5th annual Pasta + Music fundraiser is coming soon with a new venue! Our next big event should be a lot of fun: an afternoon of music provided by West County HS band and orchestra students and pasta served up by the Rio Nido Roadhouse.


Saturday, February 26, 2022, 1-4pm

Tickets are now available to purchase online!

$25 for adults and $15 for kids under 12.

14540 Canyon 2 Road in Rio Nido, CA


You can try your luck at the 50/50 raffles and be entertained by our students performing solo, in small groups, and headlined by the West County Jazz Band outdoors in a beautiful setting under the redwoods.


Your ticket includes: Entertainment provided by small groups from the West County HS bands and orchestra, headlined by the WCHS Jazz Band, pasta with your choice of red sauce meat marinara or pesto sauce for vegetarian, Caesar salad, garlic bread, and a fountain drink. This event will be outdoors under the redwood trees. Dessert and additional drinks are available for purchase at the event. Tickets may be purchased online through Friday, February 25 at 11:59pm. Additional tickets may be purchased at the door.


WCHS students who are performing or volunteering may purchase the $15 ticket if they wish to eat.


Jazz Band

Call Time: 2:00pm (Highly encouraged to arrive at 1:00pm)

Wear: All black Jazz uniform. You may bring a warm jacket or sweater (black preferred).

Bring: Instrument, music, mask, bell cover, etc. The band room will not be open Saturday morning.


All Other Performers

Call Time: Noon-12:30pm


This is a volunteer supported event and we cannot do this without your help!

Here are some ways:

  • Sign up to help with setup and cleanup through our Sign Up link: https://signup.com/go/gOeVdoK

  • Do you have a PA or an interest in running the sound board?

  • Encourage your student to volunteer at the event (they can sign up with Janis in the classroom.)

  • Jazz Band families will be asked to transport large equipment to and from the event.
