Symphonic & Orchestra: CMEA this Saturday 4/27

Hello Symphonic Band & Orchestra Families,

Reminder: the CMEA’s are this Saturday, April 27th

Please refer to details regarding uniform, permission slips, photos and full timeline in the previous email on the Coordinator’s Blog HERE.

  • 8am: Students Call Time.  Must be fully dressed in their Concert uniform (Jackets or Dresses) and ready to go.
  • All students must take the bus to CMEA.
  • There are still a handful of students who have not turned in their permission slips.  Please make sure your student turns in their slip asap.
  • The North Bay CMEA Festival is being held at Benicia Middle School, 1100 Southampton Rd. Benicia, CA.  Parents are welcome to view the performances but are not allowed in the Clinic/Sight Reading area.
  • If your student will not be riding back on the bus for any reason, they need to submit a note/email in advance to Janis from the parent/guardian stating they will not be returning to AHS on the bus.  Also, both student and parent will need to check out with Janis and/or Maestro before leaving.
  • Students should bring a water bottle and either bring a sack lunch (no refrigeration) or cash to purchase lunch. 
  • Bring money for photos ($25 per image) if desired.
  • Students will return to Analy by approx. 5pm (hopefully earlier).  We will ask the students to text or call from Petaluma.
