Winter Concert this Friday!

Hello Band & Orchestra Families,

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Winter Concert this Friday, December 14th @ 6:30pm in the AHS Theater!  The students having been working hard preparing to perform for you.  All are welcome!  Please invite your relatives, friends and neighbors!

Please refer to the Coordinator’s Blog on the Analy Band Wagon website for the previous post detailing information about uniforms, etc. for the concert.

Here are a few helpful reminders:

  • Adults are $7, Students & Senior Citizens are $5 and children under 5 are free.
  • Families with last names that start with A-M, please bring 2 dozen treats for the snack table sales.
  • We still need a few volunteers for door monitors and ticket sales.  We are also looking for someone who can take a video of the entire concert from the balcony.  Please contact Janis ASAP.
  • All performing students must arrive fully dressed in Concert Attire at their call times.  Students will be down-graded for uniform pieces that are missing or do not fit.  Tomorrow, Thursday 12/13 is the last day to get help from Janis for your uniform.
  • 5:45pm is the Call Time for Concert Band, Instrumental Music and Full Orchestra.
  • 6:15pm is the Call Time for Symphonic and Jazz Bands.
  • Your students must stay for the entire concert in order to receive full credit, and this is to support and show up for each other. Please encourage and enable your students to stay for the duration of the concert.
