All Bands & Orchestra – Pasta & Music Night Information

Hello Band & Orchestra Families,

Our 2nd annual Pasta and Music Night fundraiser is around the corner, Saturday, February 24th, from 5:30 to 9:00 pm at the Masonic Lodge, 373 N. Main St. Sebastopol.

It will be an evening filled with pasta, wine, beer, silent auction and music.  The music will be provided by our band and orchestra musicians.  So, if your student is interested in performing a 10-minute set either by themselves or with a couple friends, please have them sign up in the band/orchestra room.  They can select whatever music and/or instrument, it does not have to be the same instrument that they play in class.  This is a perfect opportunity to showcase all the hidden talents of our amazing musicians, so let’s encourage them to sign up.

In the next couple of days, your students will be coming home with an envelope of Pasta Dinner tickets to sell.  Each student will receive 10 Adult tickets which are $12 each and 5 Child tickets (ages 6 – 12) which are $6 each.  Children 5 and under are free.  To help make this a successful fundraiser, please support your student’s efforts to sell all the tickets.  All monies and unsold tickets will be turned in by Tuesday, February 20th to Dawn in the band/orchestra office.  Remember we will need either the unsold ticket or the $$ for the ticket, therefore, it is important that your students does not misplace the tickets issued to them.

The Pasta and Music Night fundraiser is an awesome event with all the proceeds going to support the Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, and our full Orchestra.  Please join us in a celebration of MUSIC!
