All Bands & Orchestra – Winter Concert Information

Hello Bands & Orchestra Families,

The Winter Concert is less than two weeks away, Friday, December 15th at 6:30pm in the Analy Auditorium.  Adults are $7, Students & Senior Citizens are $5 and children under 5 are free.

We still need parent volunteers to help with ticket sales, door monitors, snack tables, and clean up.  If you would like to volunteer, please contact Dawn at or call 824-2337.

Also, families with the last names that start with A-M, we ask you to bring 2 dozen treats the night of the concert.  Treats can be dropped off at the downstairs snack table (by the administration offices) prior to the concert.

Band & Orchestra students will be in their concert attire:  Including ALL black closed-toed shoes, ALL black socks (calf length), black tuxedo pants, white tuxedo shirt (make sure it is ironed), royal blue cummerbund, royal blue bow tie, 3 shirt studs and 2 cuff links.  For Symphonic (Honor) Band and Orchestra students concert attire includes a black tuxedo jacket and/or black dresses.  Please have your student check NOW to make sure they have all the pieces to their concert attire and that they fit properly.  If your student has a piece of their uniform that does not fit, please dry clean it before returning and a new piece will be issued.  There are still students that have not picked up their uniform, they need to do this as soon as possible!  Please DO NOT wait until the night of the concert to replace missing or ill-fitting parts of your student’s uniform.  If your student does not arrive in uniform ready to go, this will effective their concert grade.

Call time for Intermediate Concert Band (Intermediate & Advanced Bands) and Full Orchestra is 5:45pm.  Symphonic (Honor) Band should arrive no later than 6:15pm.  Honor Band should go straight to the theater and be seated in the designated section.
